Shipping policy
Products will be shipped within the timeframe indicated in their description. For products with varying delivery times, the longest delivery timeframe will apply.
If skeins are dyed to order, once production has begun, no refunds will be issued.
If we are unable to meet the delivery deadline, we will contact you and either agree on a new delivery date or issue a refund.
Under no circumstances, except as required by law, will shipping costs be refunded once a product has been shipped.
